Hi,
I recently got a second hand brother printer DCP-115C. I have just put a new printer cartridge (black), as the old one showed up as near empty even though full. Says cartridge as full and I have run the cleaning cycle 4 times, however it appears to be printing every-other line. Print quality print only prints the last 4 dots of the last row of black dots and if I print a Block of black it prints a number of 1mm thick black lines with an 8mm gap between each. Note issue is only with Black.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can I use an Apollo P-1200 series printer with a MAC? I have the software for the printer.

I have a HP612c Deskjet printer. It has given me great service till recently. I printed a project and when I started a new one, it would not print. The resume light started to blink while the power light was steady. It made a noise as the ink carriage moved in either direction. It will not print. It does not take commands from either pc that I hooked it up to. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

I have the HP Laserjet printer model# C2001A which is classified under the HP LaserJet 4/4M Printer Series. I just got a new laptop w/ Windows Vista, but don’t have the installation CD to install my printer onto my laptop. I’m needing the installation drivers and/or software to install my printer to my computer. Can you please give me a link where I can find what I need to download these drivers/software? Thanks!

I’m trying to get the drivers and/or software necessary to install my printer to my computer, but have been unsuccessful when trying to find that on the HP.com website and on several different drivers websites. Can you please either email me the drivers/software to install my printer, or give me a link where I can find what I need to do so?

Is it possible to run my Apollo P-2200 printer through a usb port? My computer only has usb ports, none of the old type printer type ports. I have an adapter cable and have plugged it in with no success. I’ve even loaded the drivers, still nothing!

The problem is that the company does offer a driver for Mac

I have a Mac Mini OS 10.5
