Dear Printers Row members:
We wanted you to be the first to know that we’re adding new Printers Row membership benefits. All members will now receive four tickets per year to Printers Row Live! events. We expect to be adding more new perks in the coming weeks, so be sure to read your newsletter.
We value your loyalty as Chicago Tribune readers. You are among the first Printers Row members, and we hope you’ll help us spread the word about it.
In the six months since we launched Printers Row Journal, we’ve featured interviews with stars like Colson Whitehead, Dave Eggers, David Maraniss and Cheryl Strayed; thought-provoking essays; reviews of the latest books; and coverage of the Chicago literary scene. Our weekly Fiction booklet has showcased distinctive voices and excerpts from upcoming novels. We’ve hosted exclusive author talks and fostered a stimulating discussion through our Printers Row Book of the Month forum. Now, responding to reader requests, we’re offering more options to engage with Printers Row.
This weekend, the Sunday Chicago Tribune will feature a Printers Row Journal sample. In it, we’ll be announcing the enhanced benefits of membership as well as new subscription options.
For $99 per year, members like you will receive the weekly print and digital editions of Printers Row Journal, Printers Row Fiction and exclusive access to Printers Row Live events. Members receive four tickets per year to events (a $60 value), an invitation to members-only author receptions and priority treatment in book-signing lines. Plus, your membership card entitles you to a 15 percent discount on our Book of the Month selection at Townhouse Books Café in St. Charles, The Book Table in Oak Park, Azizi Books in Matteson or The Book Stall at Chestnut Court in Winnetka.
