Panelists at the GlobalFoundries Symposium Friday morning will debate the future of advanced manufacturing, innovation and job creation in the United States.
The discussion, at STEP—the Saratoga Tech and Energy Park—in Malta, New York, will include issues such as developing a workforce pipeline, the value of public-private partnerships and public policies.
